Just wanted everyone to know that one of my all time favorite DJ's and cooks, Mr P. Wade Pallister has officially started his own cooking blog (trust me, this guy has his credentials!)
Along with having an uber cute daughter, super cool wife and admirably long dreads...he has a way of making cooking fun and simple.
